Thanks for showing us the Mad Magazine feature. However, Mike Ramirez won the Pulitzer in 1994 for the Memphis Commercial Appeal. The Lyndon Johnson cartoon of LBJ's scar in the shape of Vietnam was originally drawn by David Levine in the New York Review of Books, a feature in the Sunday New York Times.

I think the Pulitzer prize winners are current ones and featured in the forthcoming issue of Mad.
