Adam's Entry!

This submission is from our own Adam Prunty! Way to go! This is "Eggs-actly" what we're talkin' about! Hope we can all get out of our "shell" and "produce" some fun entries!

Adam also invites us to check out his new website and invites comments and critiques.

Adam,
I want to talk web design with you when we get to meet in May!!! I really like the beginnings of your work in progress so far and am looking forward to seeing your work there.

Jackie,

Thanks! That sounds great!

I am working on my first peice to submit. Still trying to think up something else for the May show too.

Do you know what you are going to show?

Adam --
I know I'll have my package design cartoon and am thinking about a caricature to contribute.

What is everyone else bringing? Better yet, what is everyone wearing? Are we renting tuxs and formal wear. :-) (I kid, I kid..)

If people want to submit cartoons, I could also create a sfcartoonists slide show.....

Excellent egg Adam! I like the eyes, but the discolored freckles/blemishes are a nice touch! Very distinctive. (And it makes me think of Courage the Cowardly Dog from Cartoon Network. ;D )

And Jackie...that is a good question! Just what is eveyone bringing?

To be more specific;
- what SIZE of work
- how many pieces
- are we using specific frames
(to keep it uniform)
- am I being too anal-retentive? :P

Thanks all!

John,
Y'know, that would be a good mass e-mail or thread topic regarding what we're bringing. We went to Dunn Bros. Coffee last month and will have one wall and a few spots on another wall by the windows. There will be about 10-12 of us .. some will have two pieces, some one work ... I don't think there is a size limit. Maybe nothing really huge or size of a wall... Might not hurt to ask Ken or see what he has in mind. My pieces will be in the 8.5" x 11" size -- with frame so maybe a little bigger. It's neat to see different shapes and sizes for variety too.... I don't think we need to have the same color frames or sizes.

Ken, if you are lurking or happen to check out this comment area -- what do you say about sizes of work, etc.?
